You could not have asked for a better day today. The sun was shining, the water was so calm it looked like glass and most importantly the sharks were out to play! At one point we had four different sharks in front of the cage. The action we saw was summed up very nicely by one of our divers in the cage as she yelled out “they’re everywhere!”. We were visited again today by the always welcome and always entertaining 3.7m female “Rosi” who continues to show us that the large females can be just as feisty as the smaller sharks! We were also lucky to see a 2.8m juvenile who we easily recognise due to a very distinctive mark on its head. This shark is known to slowly pass the cage, usually with its snout just above the water and its jaws open, providing excellent viewing and photo opportunities and we were not disappointed today! Just another JAWsome day aboard Slashfin…
