Down to the water we went in search of sharks this morning! As we anchored up and got the cage in the water we began our adventure to witness some sharky action. We waited patiently this morning with a few glimpses of a couple of copper sharks and a stingray gliding around. To maximize our chances to get our eyes on a white shark, we changed our anchor site and got our divers back in the cage. We were rewarded this morning, with some absolutely stunning copper shark activity around l Slashfin. We had a brief sighting of a small white shark quickly cruise by the cage catching us all a little by surprise! But was super awesome to see the diversity of wildlife we had, with a sighting of a Southern Right Whale at the start of the trip we were a very happy group of divers.

Our second trip of the day closely followed the script of the first trip, with some stunning copper shark activity throughout the trip we had some very close encounters, which our divers were stunned by the shear beauty of these sharks. In between the plethora of shark action we did briefly glimpse of the same small 2m female white shark. Minus the stingrays we were still exposed to some fantastic wildlife encounters.
