Only one trip today and what a beautiful start to the day it was. The water was extremely calm and the sharks were around the cage after a short wait. The first shark was a 2 m juvenile who stayed with us for a while. We also had two 4+ m sharks approach with one showing great intent towards the decoy. In total we saw an impressive 14 white sharks around the boat today, a very busy and action packed morning. One of the last sharks to turn up was a 2.2 m shark that had quite a serious tail injury and seemed to be struggling to accelerate in the water. This could have been an injury sustained by fishermen, as she still had the remains of a rusty hook in the left side of her mouth. A fantastic trip and an action packed day on the water!
