21/09/2021

Location: Joubertsdam

Water temp: Moderate

Visibility: Low

Sightings: Bronze whalers, Cape Fur seal

We didn’t have to wait long for our first shark to arrive this morning!

The clients were eager to jump in the cage

The Bronze Whaler Sharks were very active throughout

The guests were in awe of the amazing activity

The sun really showed the beautiful bronze colour of the sharks

Everyone was smiling!

Sharks in every direction

Some awesome close encounters in the cage

Such beautiful sharks especially when it’s so many of them

Absolutely stunning sightings today

We honestly couldn’t get them closer if we wanted to!

Catlike eye on the bronzie

And we were so lucky to see a Cape Gannet circlong around us

And not to forget the Southern Right whales we saw on the way back

So close to shore and us
