Conditions: Wind increasing through the morning but calm seas

Only one for us today as the wind looked to pick up this afternoon! We got ourselves out on the water early this morning, dropped our anchor and waited to get sharky! It wasn’t long until we got our first shark, although it hung deep in the water and made a few passes. Our divers waited a little while for a shark, but old faithful Mini Nemo came and joined us. Not so active today, with a few nice passes but always a pleaser to see him swimming around in the shallows. The shark who stole the show today, was a 3.8m female. She was very interested in the decoy line nudging and nudging, and then actually wrapping her teeth around it! Inbetween our shark sightings we were also joined by several short tailed stingrays. A distant relative of the sharks, it was great to see these guys majestically swimming around the boat! With the weather coming back down tomorrow, we’re all excited to get back out to the shallows. Oh ye and Slashfin will be back looking all glossy and gleamy tomorrow!
