Sightings: Bronze whaler sharks, Short-tail stingray, African penguins, Cape fur seal + Humpback whale
Summary: It was a chilly winter morning as our excited guests rose early for shark cage diving. We launched from Kleinbaai Harbor, just a 15-minute drive to our destination and dive site. Shortly after anchoring, our divers prepared, and the first Bronze Whaler shark greeted us, signaling the start of the dive! We enjoyed plenty of shark activity and even had a visit from one of the world’s largest stingray species, the Short-tail stingray. On our way around Danger Point we came across a raft of endangered African penguins, and also a beautiful Humpback whale sighting! Thank you to all our divers and spectators for joining us today!
