What a scorcher of a day both in terms of our weather and also the shark activity! The team here at Marine Dynamics were a little anxious heading out this morning after the slow shark day yesterday and with quite a wait today we worried however patience paid off and the sharks arrived when they were ready and the trip turned out beautifully. We had a great number of sharks around this morning including some of our favourites that are currently visiting the bay. These included two of our juvenile females “Gigi” and “Sarko” and two of our sub-adult females “Paisley”, “DIC” and “Mini Rosie”. It appears the female White sharks dominated the waters around Slashfin this morning. The group was also treated to the sight of a Cape Fur seal hunting fish and some Humpback dolphins on the way back to the harbour at the end of their trip.

The second trip of the day started off well with a shark sighted moments after they arrived back into the Shallows.
