Number of Sharks: 10
Conditions: Swells

Despite the rainy overcast conditions we had fantastic shark activity this morning, with our largest shark, a 4.2m male, turning up right off the bat! Shark after shark kept coming today, having 5 out of the 10 sharks come by within a 5 minute period. Both “Alvin” and “Ninja” graced us with their presence, each giving their usual jumps on the bait line and decoy. At one point we had “Alvin” on the decoy and “Ninja” on the bait line both jumping simultaneously. I guess the saying is true, everything is more fun in the rain…

If you are looking to get up close and personal with the great white shark then Shark Diving in South Africa, and more specifically with Marine Dynamics, is a once-in-a-lifetime experience you won’t want to miss. Book online with us and get a free video of your encounter with the world’s apex predator.
