We had literally zero wait time this morning for the arrival of our first shark, as we had three appear right as the cage was set up! The day was full of juvenile sharks, with many that we recognize, including both “Alvin” and “Ninja”. We got to see the tamer side of “Ninja” today, as she seemed more interest in giving slow up close passes than her usual acrobatics, but she did provide a couple of her famous jumps for us. “Little Lumpy” turned up, it was the first time we’ve seen him in a few weeks and he was a welcome sight; providing the majority of the close passes on the second trip. Today however, I would like to mention all our youngsters on the boat, we had many brave kids hop in the cage, including Luc, Danny, Gunnar and Erling. So congratulations guys, it’s always nice to see budding marine biologists, especially when they jump at the chance to be first in the cage…
