We had drizzly overcast weather today but that never phases the shark action! We had the sharks arrive fairly quickly this morning, starting off at the larger end of the size scale with the first shark also being our largest shark of the day at roughly 4.0m in length. Ironically our last shark sighting of the day was the smallest shark we had, a juvenile around 2.4m. Unfortunately the swells we had, combined with the slightly choppy wind got the better of most of the clients on board today, but everyone was a great spirit and each took the chance they came for, to get in the cage, despite their uneasy stomachs! All seven sharks we sighted were being very friendly and giving each of the cages those up close passes the divers were looking for. Hopefully some of the following pictures will serve as a helpful reminder of what we saw today for all those divers on board who were unable to snap some pictures in their surrender to the motion of the ocean…
