It was so flat out there today, the bay could have been mistaken for a lake! We had sharks instantly this morning as there was one little juvenile swimming round the boat when we pulled up to our anchor site. It was that same 2.8m juvenile that provided the divers with the majority of their viewings, as he stayed with us through the entire trip and just kept circling! It was mostly sharks on the smaller end of the size scale that we were seeing today, ranging from 2.4m to about 3.2m, with a couple passes from a larger 3.6m male towards the end of the trip. These younger juveniles were being fantastically calm and curious, coming up and slowly bumping the bait line and decoy with their nose just to see if it was something of interest. We even had one little shark who was being curious about the cage today, turning to look the divers in the eyes as she slowly glided passed them.  Definitely a great day to be a diver…
