Time stood still several times, both when we saw sharks flying out of the water and when we saw whales doing the same thing. The sea was really calm to start with this morning which always makes it easier for clients who don’t spend much time out at sea. Our first sharks were quick to arrive on the scene and a few of the smaller individuals wanted to prove their worth by keeping our bait handlers on their toes. Temperature of the water has gone down a bit thanks to the South Easter finally taking its toll. We were so lucky to see a Southern Right Whale breaching just outside the harbour on our way back. I nearly had a heart attack it was so incredible! What a day…
