Christmas eve and the sharks were getting prepared for the holiday as they were in relaxed mode! The first trip had to wait quite a while between cages however they did manage to see 6 sharks one being “Tom Cat”. On trip two our Goldman family were spoiled by one of the biggest female sharks we have seen all week making some very nice close passes by the cage. We have this female in our database since 2007 and she was the very first white shark we acoustically tagged in Gansbaai. Merry Christmas everyone!
