It was fantastic to arrive at our dive site today and find that we had 4m visibility! After a short wait time, it was nice to see “Ninja” arrive as our first shark today, giving everyone a taste of her feistiness. “Ninja” was our first and last shark sighting of the day, remaining with us throughout the entire trip and continuously returning to give both the divers in the cage and everyone on deck some great photo opportunities! Our largest shark of the day was a 3.7m female, who just narrowly claimed that title from the 3.6m male who was coming up for some great passes. Although the quantity of sharks was on the lower side today, we certainly had some high quality sharks giving us lots of fantastic action! Just goes to show the old saying has many meanings behind it, it’s all about quality over quantity…
