Some bad weather conditions saw to it that we spent three days off the water, therefore we were unsure how the trips would go as we headed out today. The first trip had a bit of a wait before their first shark showed up, a lovely 3.8m female newly named “Erica”. The rest of the trip was seen to carry on nicely with shark after shark turning up to investigate. Whilst our afternoon trip only saw two sharks, our first shark of the trip, a small female also seen in the morning, stuck around the entire trip. This juvenile is distinguishable by dark, circular marks on both side of her dorsal fin and provided all cages with the experience of what it’s like to have a Great White Shark in right front of you. A great day for our return back onto the water…
