Another weekend interrupted by worrying weather conditions! We have had the past two days off due to storms coming through the area but luckily it had cleared enough for us to get on the water this afternoon. We headed into the shallows to try and find some sharks. Our first two hours were unsuccessful however just after our two hour mark we had our first visitor, a 2.0m juvenile that stuck around with us most of the trip, coming back again and again to investigate. The second individual to visit Slashfin was again another juvenile however our sharks started to grow after the first two! Our largest of the day and also the largest we have seen all week was a 4.0m individual that was happy to generally keep below the surface as it cruised by. We persisted in our search for the Great White Shark and came away successful…
