It was fantastic to arrive at our dive site today and find that we had 4m visibility…

We had a slow start today with the better part of a two hour wait, and a change in anchor spots, before the sharks really turned up, but it was unanimous, they are well worth the wait time… 

The weather had the day looking gloomy for us this morning, but the rain died down just as we were launching and started our trip off with a beautiful rainbow…

The big sharks seem to be taking over the bay…

Today was all about the adrenalin rush, as you couldn’t see those sharks coming until they were right in front of your face…

As we reached the dive site this morning it was evident that an algal bloom in the area was going to be limiting the visibility but that just meant the sharks would have to get up close and personal, which they did…

The sharks decided to sleep in today as we had just over an hour wait time before we saw our first shark in the chum line…

We only had one early morning trip this morning to try and beat the strong west winds moving in for the afternoon, and luckily the sharks were listening to their alarm clocks…

The waters have cooled back down to around average for this time of year, but the colder water brought with it some great visibility…

Despite the choppy conditions from the strong east winds today, we had two very successful trips…
